Your lease documentation helps us confirm the resident's lease terms and, when applicable, the reason the resident was asked to vacate.
Lease documents
Provide the applicable signed lease agreement and amendments associated with the resident.
Make sure the documents are complete and clearly identify the resident and property.
Lease violations
If the property issued a notice to vacate because of a lease violation, provide the applicable written violation notice(s).
The documentation should clearly identify:
- The resident
- The lease violation
- When the notice was issued
