The Renter Experience

All activities and communications are handled by the OneApp platform, keeping all parties informed throughout the process – here's how it works: 

  1. You apply at the property, but your application is denied or conditionally approved.
  2. The property refers you to us to see if you're eligible for an approval agreement.
  3. You submit our free, no-obligation application and find out if you're approved instantly. 
  4. We collect a one-time fee, but only if you want an approval agreement for your lease.
  5. We share the approval agreement with you and the property so you can complete the lease.
  6. You move-in with confidence, knowing we've got your back. 

💡 Good To Know: OneApp Approval Agreements aren't available at all US properties, but there are plenty that do offer them (and we add more every day). Learn more about participating properties.
