At OneApp, we keep our pricing simple and upfront – no surprises, no hidden fees:
- Unlike co-signing and guarantor services that charge a fee just to apply and see if you qualify, we don't charge an application fee. Learn more about the application.
- If approved, renters only pay a one-time fee equal to one month's rent. Learn more about the fee.
- There's zero obligation – you only pay if you want an approval agreement for your lease. Learn more about the approval agreement.
💡 Good to Know: For leases longer than 13 months (up to 24 months), the fee is prorated to match the length of your lease.
